About the Role:


As a Truck Team Member, you'll be crucial in delivering exceptional customer experiences through physical, hands-on tasks. From junk removal to recycling and donations, you'll positively influence your community. Additionally, you'll engage in sales activities, boosting revenue and fostering lasting customer relationships.


What You’ll Do:
 

• Junk Removal: Lift, carry, and load various items safely and efficiently into the truck.
• Sorting and Recycling: Identify items for recycling, donation, or proper disposal.
• Site Clean-Up: Ensure the job site is immaculate after each removal, impressing customers.
• Friendly Interactions: Greet customers warmly, explain our services, and address their questions.
• Problem Solving: Provide solutions tailored to customers’ unique junk removal needs.
• Upsell Services: Identify and recommend additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
• On-Site Sales: Offer cost estimates and explain pricing transparently, building trust and confidence.
• Promote Services: Highlight the advantages of our services and encourage applicable add-ons.
• Close Deals: Build rapport to secure repeat business and referrals, contributing to company growth.
• Work closely with your teammate(s) to plan, execute, and complete jobs efficiently.
• Maintain open communication with the team and management to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Physical Fitness: Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) safely.
• Customer Focus: A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Sales-Oriented Mindset: Confidence in discussing pricing and identifying customer needs to promote additional services.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to thrive in a small team environment.
• Driver's License: Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license (3 years clean driving record for insurance purposes).
• Dependability: Punctuality and reliability are essential to success in this role.
